Item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof Needed
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Shipping Fees
Customers cover return shipping and handling for non-defective items.
Restocking Fees
for Opened Items
A 15% restocking fee applies to specific products if the original packaging is opened. These must be in original packaging to be eligible.

Replacements & Exchanges
Approved replacements ship within 1-2 business days after processing.
If out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a full refund instead.
Note: Exchanges for different products are not available—only the exact same item will be replaced.
