“You” or “your”: Refers to the individual or entity named on the invoice.
Any new features or tools added to our site will also fall under these Terms of Service.
Products & Services
We regularly update and revise our offerings. Digital iBuy reserves the right to revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Certain products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy.
Purchases &
Payment
We use Square as our payment gateway to ensure secure transactions. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information for all orders.
Billing Agreements
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment provider for total costs, including shipping, at the time of order.
• Digital iBuy reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after payment has been processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details to ensure smooth transactions.
Refund Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if in original condition.
*After 30 days, items fall under our 1-Year Warranty policy.
Exchanges
Return the item you wish to exchange first. Once accepted, place a separate order for the new item for the fastest processing.
Damages
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you notice defects, damage, or incorrect items for a swift resolution.
Prohibited Uses
Digital iBuy reserves the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Limitation of Liability
Digital iBuy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific product under the agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any transactions related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
