Cancellation Policy

Backorders: If an item is backordered, cancellation may be possible before the ship date.
Tracking: Updates may take 24-48 hours to appear on courier portals after shipping.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items (e.g., laptop/desktop combos), your order may ship in multiple packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment via email.
Backorder Pricing
For out-of-stock items, your payment is pre-authorized but not charged until the item ships. Please note that shipping fees for backorders are non-refundable.
